Operations, management, employment and contractual arrangements for the service are handled by Management FD Limited (company number 14564147), which assumes the associated liabilities. Both companies are registered at 341 Birmingham Road, Great Barr, Birmingham, B43 7AP. “Home Visit Dentist” is a trademark used by the Dhody’s Ltd home visit service.

Our regulation
Our service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The dentists who treat you are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC), and all clinical staff are DBS-checked. We follow the GDC’s Standards for the Dental Team, including the requirement to have a clear and effective complaints procedure.
Complaints procedure
We aim to give every patient across Liverpool and Merseyside safe, calm and respectful care. If we get something wrong, we want to know — complaints are taken seriously, handled fairly, and used to improve what we do. You will never be treated any differently because you have raised a concern.
How to raise a concern
You can complain by phone on 0151 372 1682, by email to info@homevisitdentistsliverpool.co.uk, or in writing to the registered office above. A complaint can be made by the patient, or by a relative, carer or representative on their behalf. If you let us know how you would prefer to be contacted, we will use that method.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We will look into what happened and aim to give you a full response within 10 working days. If we need longer — for example, to speak with the clinician involved — we will tell you why and give you a clear date by which you can expect to hear from us.
- Our response will explain what we found, what we will put right, and any changes we will make.
- We keep a confidential record of complaints and our responses, separate from your dental records, and review them to improve our service.
If you are still not satisfied
If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you can ask for an independent review:
- Dental Complaints Service (DCS) — a free, impartial service for complaints about private dental care. Telephone 020 8253 0800 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), or visit dcs.gdc-uk.org. Address: 37 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 8DQ.

- Care Quality Commission (CQC) — if you have concerns about the safety or quality of the service. Telephone 03000 616161 or visit cqc.org.uk. (The CQC cannot resolve individual complaints but uses the information to monitor providers.)

Dhody’s Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you share with Home Visit Dentist Liverpool. We collect only what we need to provide safe dental care — such as your contact details, medical history and treatment records — and we handle it in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell your data, and we share it only where necessary for your care (for example with a GP, care home or hospital) or where the law requires it.
You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
